**Due to Covid restrictions, all sessions are run on-line via Zoom until 16 May 2021**

Athena Pilates is delighted to announce that we will now be offering Pilates based movement and mindfulness support groups to enhance mental and physical well-being.  These sessions will be a combination of mat-based Pilates exercises to strengthen, tone and mobilise the body and mindfulness and relaxation to help with the management of stress, anxiety and depression. Suitable for all ages and abilities but you need to be able to get on to the floor.

Access to all live sessions plus weekly recording (timetable below) is via a 4 weekly subscription of £40. 

Trigger Point Pilates movement and mindfulness support group sessions are charged at £8 each including class recording. 

Studio spaces are charged at £10 each.
