Timetable

Athena Pilates runs the following Pilates sessions to enhance mental and physical well-being.  These sessions will be a combination of mat-based Pilates exercises to strengthen, tone and mobilise the body and mindfulness and relaxation to help with the management of stress, anxiety and depression. Suitable for all ages and abilities but you need to be able to get on to the floor.

Classes plus access to On Demand area is via a 4 weekly subscription of £42. Please see subscription page for more details and to book in for a class. 

Pay As You Go classes are charged at £14 each but please check availability before booking as spaces are limited.  

On Demand is a library of all previous class recordings which can be accessed at any time.

09:15 – 10:15hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

18:30 – 19:30hrs  – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

19:40 – 20:40hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

Tuesdays

19:00 – 20:00hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio and Live Streamed)

Fridays

09:15 – 10:15hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio and Live Streamed)

Saturdays

09:00 – 10:00hrs – Mixed Ability Mat Based Pilates (Studio only)

10:10 – 11:10hrs – Trigger Point Pilates (Studio and Live Streamed)
