Timetable

Athena Pilates is delighted to announce that we will now be offering Pilates based movement and mindfulness support groups to enhance mental and physical well-being.  These sessions will be a combination of mat-based Pilates exercises to strengthen, tone and mobilise the body and mindfulness and relaxation to help with the management of stress, anxiety and depression. Suitable for all ages and abilities but you need to be able to get on to the floor.

Classes plus access to On Demand area is via a 4 weekly subscription of £42. Please see subscription page for more details and to book in for a class. 

Pay As You Go classes are charged at £14 each. 

On Demand is a library of all previous class recordings which can be accessed at any time.

10:10 – 11:10hrs   Trigger Point Pilates based movement and mindfulness support group
