About Athena Pilates

Athena Pilates is an independent Pilates studio. Offering small classes of up to 9 people so that you get individual attention, are able to achieve your goals and improve faster and with less risk of injury. Also offering private one-to-one or one-to-two classes, upon request.

Specialising in rehabilitative Pilates for those suffering from a variety of orthopaedic conditions and those recovering from injuries. Also having expertise in pre and post-natal Pilates.
